‘Navratri’ is one of the most important festivals celebrated to worship goddess ‘DURGA’. The festival of navratri is celebrated in many different ways in India. For many people, it is a time for religious reflection wherein people have seen fasting whereas for others, it is a time for dancing & feasting.
So our little ones, who had come dressed in traditional clothes participated with great enthusiasm & enjoyed Garba celebration in our school. The celebration started by offering prayers to goddess Saraswti and seeking blessings to protect everyone from an evil eye. This was followed by Garba in which our kids & teachers participated where the energy remained high till the last song was played.
